Add info about the ZIP archive directory structure
Rename the lib/gcc directory to lib/gcc-mingw. Output the dlltool generated .lib file to lib/gcc-mingw. This on advice from Jonathan Yong on the MinGW-W64 forum: https://sourceforge.net/p/mingw-w64/discussion/723798/thread/e23dceba20/?limit=25#51dd/3df2/3708/e62bpull/1809/head
