Patch SF#3406922 from Dariusz, SQ9KEJ, plus edit
Minor edit: RIG_FUNC_REV instead of CHFLAG_REVERSE Plus some TS2000 improvements: * add more FUNC's, VFO_OP's, SCAN_OP's. * declare ANT's. * fix set_ctcss_tone: use TN command * add set/get_ctcss_sqlHamlib-1.2.15
