2003-03-24:
Update: Fixed a stupid error in ft890_get_freq that caused returned freq to be divided by 10. Added two new functions, set_ptt and get_ptt to set rig into and out of TX mode and query PTT status. Modified ft890_set_freq to check passed vfo against stored value and update rig only if passed vfo differs. git-svn-id: https://hamlib.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/hamlib/trunk@1413 7ae35d74-ebe9-4afe-98af-79ac388436b8Hamlib-1.1.4
