Corby Krick a7857d316b Added a function lotw_last_qsl_date() to return the last LoTW QSL received date recorded in the DB. We use that information to only pull back a LoTW report from ARRL that has QSLs since the last QSL (inclusive, unfortunately). 2013-02-23 13:19:29 -06:00
